“Sixty Years James Bond” is the title of a two-part auction organized by Christie’s in the UK with proceeds from the sale of vehicles and objects, watches and clothing from the films starring Agent 007, going to 45 charities.

A silver one Aston Martin DB5, one of only eight replicas built for the dangerous scenes in the James Bond film No Time To Die, a Land Rover Defender 110 and a Triumph machine from the same film and a 007 Land Rover Defender with the 60th anniversary logo are being auctioned for prices ranging from £1.5m to £2m.

Standout items also include a Faberge-style Swarovski-studded gold-plated egg from the movie “Octopussy” and tuxedo worn by Timothy Dalton as James Bond in the film “License To Kill”.

The auction is organized tomorrow, September 28, while online from September 15 to James Bond Day (Oct. 5) features themed experiences and collectibles from all 25 films.

Its honorary president Christie’sEarl of Snowdon said of the auction: “One of my earliest childhood memories is obsessively playing with a metal Aston Martin DB5, a gift my parents had brought home from the premiere of ‘Goldfinger’.

From that moment on, I was fascinated by every new James Bond film, the special effects and stunts, the Bond watches and the incredible style. British legend James Bond had a great influence on my life. Christie’s is honored to once again partner with EON Productions for this official two-part charity auction to celebrate Bond’s 60th anniversary.

The live and online auctions will hopefully raise record sums for all the wonderful charities chosen.”
