Former Spain teammate, defender Puyol wrote following the tweet. “It’s time to tell our story, Iker”, with heart and kiss emojis, which also generated confusion and buzz among followers who didn’t know if the story was true or not. The defender also deleted the message.
Shakira is the ex-wife of Piqué, who for many years played for Barcelona, a direct opponent of Real Madrid, a team that was defended by Casillas from 1998 to 2015.
