Aliki (Anastasia Pantousi), during her visit, tells a sad story, which makes her cry, but according to the Doctor “crying is good sometimes”. Maro (Eudokia Roumeliotis) makes perhaps the most difficult one her session so far, which brings up painful events and memories: “there is no greater pain than the loss of your child”.

Irene and Giannis return to the Doctor for couples therapy. The pair each need to fight their own dark sides if they want to be together again. At the same time, Damianos receives in his office little Leni with her parents and his nanny. A terrible secret that is revealed causes the situation to get out of hand. Alice, who enters the office at the moment of tension, is shocked by what she sees and is terrified. The Doctor isolates her in her office and manages to learn details about the mansion she grew up in, her domineering grandmother, but also her father whom she met when she was 7 years old. Meanwhile, Maro has perhaps the most difficult session with the Doctor, revealing the existence of her other daughter, but also the tragic game of fate…
