Anitta, 29, will no longer have her famous parties at the mansion of a luxury condominium in Barra da Tijuca (west of Rio). The singer put the property where she lived and in which she spent much of the pandemic for sale – information confirmed by the artist’s press office.
The powerful, however, has already bought another property in the city, where she will continue to have a fixed residence. She also has a mansion in Miami where she has been spending most of her time because of international commitments.
The mansion for sale is the one that housed her friend Juliette after she won the BBB 21 (Globo), as well as having several distinguished visitors. Black Eyed Peas, Camila Cabello and Drake, for example, have been to parties at the property.
According to UOL, the property was valued at more than R$10 million. There are 620 square meters, with a large outdoor area where there is a heated pool, sauna, whirlpool, barbecue, party room, soccer field, tennis court and gym.
Inside there are four suites, a dining room, a living room, a closet and a “sex room” with erotic paraphernalia. Some environments were renovated in 2019, in a project signed by interior designer Amanda Ambrósio and architect Paula Ambrósio.
