Global frenzy has caused her new album Taylor Swiftwhich was “uploaded” to Spotify just yesterday.
As reported by international media, Midnights has exceeded 183 million streams on the music platform and has broken the stream record for the first 24 hours.
The self-proclaimed “Swifties” helped push her new studio album, Midnightsat record highs, proving their dedication, as reported by Rolling Stone.
“And before the clock could even strike midnight on October 22nd, Taylor Swift broke the record for the most streamed album in one day in Spotify history. Congratulations, @taylorswift13,” Spotify announced on Twitter.
Reading the tweet on Spotify, Taylor Swift wrote: “How did I get so lucky that you guys are out here doing something so impressive?” Like what just happened???!?!

Although Spotify hasn’t released any official numbers, the total must be over 183 million streams since that was the old record held by Bad Bunny for his Un Verano Sin Ti album released last May.
