Bruno Gagliasso asks Alckmin to return to daylight saving time and receives criticism

by

Actor Bruno Gagliasso used social media to ask Geraldo Alckmin (PSB) to return to daylight saving time, the vice president-elect who leads the transition of government for Lula (PT) to take office. The politician replied to the actor that the request is noted, but anonymous and famous netizens criticized the request.

“I take the moment to ask our vice president-elect Geraldo Alckmin to include the return of daylight saving time in the transition plan. Daylight saving time is Brazil happy again!”, tweeted the actor tagging the politician, who replied: ” Noted”.

“Chuchuzinho doesn’t listen to the artists, they don’t work early, we who wake up at 4 am, we have to wake up at 3 am so don’t come with daylight saving time, listen to the people first”, commented an internet user in the publication.

Journalist Rodrigo Bocardi, who wakes up early to present Bom Dia São Paulo (Globo), did not like the actor’s suggestion at all. “Oh, stop! none of that. We early risers want to wake up to daylight too!” Bocardi wrote.

One Twitter user said that no one likes daylight saving time and that people want and need useful things in life, such as better education, health and the environment. “Let nature take care of it, why mess with what the creator gave us. If he did that, then he knows more than human.”
