Britney Spears made a new revelation to her followers, this time writing about a health problem that is bothering her.
In particular, the famous pop star informed through her Instagram account that she has suffered nerve damage on the right side of her body.

Referring to her condition, Spears said that there is “no cure” for her nerve damage, while admitting that the pain and numbness have affected her sleep, but she has found that dancing helps alleviate some of the symptoms.

For this reason, the text in which she talks about her illness is also accompanied by a dance video!

“I’m dancing in time now Victoria … yes … nerve damage on the right side of my body … no cure but God I guess,” she began in her text, without however explaining who Victoria is.

He continued: “Nerve damage is sometimes caused when you don’t get enough oxygen to your brain… your brain literally shuts down… blah blah blah old story… in that place I wasn’t breathing when I was there… nerve damage causes parts of your body to go numb.”

Britney Spears also stated that about three times a week she wakes up with numb hands and feels like she’s being stabbed with pins on the right side of her body.

“The pain shoots up my neck and the part that hurts the most is my temple… it stings and it’s scary,” he explained, adding that “for the past 3 years since I got out of that place (the medical facility at which entered in 2019) I’m in a mildly unconscious state and I can’t deal with it.”

“It’s like my mind literally goes to a place… And even though I don’t move like I used to… I really believe that my faith in it has given me strength… with God’s help I finally found a drug where I really I can feel the oxygen going to my brain and through my throat,” noted Spears.

He then said that his health problems have been going “much better” lately.

“My eyes are more open now and I can hold my head properly … I’ve done a good job of trying to make it work. Anyway, I’m getting a lot better, I can breathe … I feel smarter because, well, Christ, I can breathe now … anyway, I’m breathing now and I can dance in time, Victoria. .. Sending all my love to each and every one of you… this is me this morning… I’m off to sweep now,” she captioned her post.
