THE Sylvester Stallone talked about his marriage to Jennifer Flavin in a tell-all interview with “The Hollywood Reporter” and revealed that he made “a tragic mistake” that almost cost him dearly.

“I made a tragic mistake. Sometimes I put work before my family. Certainly, it is a tragic mistake, which will not happen again,” said the Hollywood star.

In August, Stallone’s wife filed for divorce from the actor after more than two decades of marriage, citing “big differences that got them there.”

When asked by the journalist how he feels about his age, the famous actor characteristically said: “I feel very immature. I’ve always been against the phrase “Act your age” or “Grow old gracefully”. How do you age gracefully? There is nothing cute about you.

The older I get, the more I try to embrace my inner child. The only way I really feel my age is because I’ve had so many injuries. I have had five operations on my back, three on my neck, knees, ankles. I have been knocked out more than 25 times. This is how I feel. But after I warm up, I feel really good. I’m not running out of fuel,” he added.
