The musician and composer Erasmo Carlos, who died this Tuesday (22), at the age of 81, will be honored on several Brazilian television programs.
On Globo, after airing the program Central da Copa, a special broadcast by the station for the World Cup in Qatar, Som Brasil will make a special edition in celebration of the artist, starting at 00:30. Conversa com Bial will re-air an interview from 2018 in which Erasmo spoke about his career and the album “Amor É Assim”, recently released at the time, scheduled to start at 2:25 am.
The Multishow channel, with a paid subscription and belonging to Grupo Globo, will pay tribute to Erasmo with the closing of the unprecedented episode of Música Boa Ao Vivo with the participation of Gloria Groove, Di Ferrero and the bands Melim and Lagum, starting at 8:30 pm.
Another closed channel of the vehicle, the Bis channel will present, from 22h, the show “Erasmo Carlos Live at Theatro Municipal – 50 Anos de Estrada”.
TV Cultura also has recordings with the singer, and will broadcast the program Imagem do Som, recorded in 2005. The Jazz Sinfônica concert, recorded with Erasmo and Roberta Sá at Sala São Paulo in 2020, and Ensaio, from 1996, will also have exhibition.
The show The Noite, by Danilo Gentilli on SBT, will broadcast the composer’s participation in 2015, and will start at 0:30 am.
The Telecine Touch channel will retransmit the film “My fame as Bad”, which tells the story of Erasmo Carlos from the beginning of his career to his transformation into a national star.
