Shakira accuses Spanish prosecutors of smear campaign

Shakira, 45, accuses Spanish prosecutors of running a smear campaign against her and says she has the receipts to prove it, according to TMZ. Spanish authorities accuse the singer of fraud of 14.5 million euros (about R$ 73.6 million) in taxes and ask for her arrest.

The singer filed legal documents on Friday in Spain, responding to allegations that she failed to pay income taxes from 2012 to 2014.
