Aaron Taylor-Johnson is said to be the favorite to become the next James Bond after a secret audition.
The English actor, who is best known for his participation in the film “Avengers: Age Of Ultron”is said to have impressed producer Barbara Broccoli during an audition for the role, specifically performing in front of a camera.
“Aaron auditioned to be the next Bond in September and the producers and Barbara loved him. It is now one of the favorites,” a source told the Sun newspaper.
Taylor-Johnson had his first role in the biopic Nowhere Boy, playing John Lennon. He most recently appeared in the film ‘Bullet Train’ alongside Brad Pitt.
Several actors have been mentioned as possible replacements for Daniel Craig, who last played the British agent 007 in the film “No Time To Die”, including Tom Hardy and Idris Elba.
