A heavy rain that hit the region of Itapecerica da Serra, in Greater São Paulo, where the headquarters of A Fazenda 14 (Record) is located, caused an electrical failure and temporarily affected the transmission of the reality show, this Monday afternoon (28).
Record TV confirmed the problem on social media. “During the storm, lightning caused an electrical failure that damaged some equipment and momentarily compromised the transmission on PlayPlus”, says the note.
According to the broadcaster, technicians worked to get everything restored as quickly as possible. “Meanwhile, the reality contestants were directed to the bedroom and continued to be monitored and recorded.”
The broadcaster also said that after the standardization of the equipment, the pedestrians were released to the other rooms. “The incident did not interfere with the dynamics of the game and the streaming signal has already returned to PlayPlus”, he said in a new tweet on Monday night.
An internet user with a profile identified as Rodrigues and who lives close to the farm commented on the heavy rain. “I was scared to death here in Itapecerica da Serra the day turned into night the thunders so I was terrified.”
