And the stars are people… In the context of his interview for the film Black Adam, in which he co-stars with dwayne johnson, the Irish actor Pierce Brosnan he cannot hide his emotion when he learns that the reporter is from his hometown, the Nevan. With a childish enthusiasm, Brosnan talks about his grandfather’s house where he grew up, momentarily forgetting the interview, which is extremely time-pressed.

“What part of Ireland are you from?” asks the reporter.

“From Nevan.”

“Do not tell me!!” the actor replies, rolling his eyes.

“I’m the first superhero from Nevan can you believe it?” Brosnan (playing Dr Fate) asks excitedly.

“I am very glad to meet you. you are truly from home… Nevan is deep in my heart. On the banks of the river Boyne, opposite the town, my grandfather, God bless you, built a wonderful house, and that was my house, I don’t know if it’s still there.’

“Of course it is” his compatriot journalist answers him.

“I’ll be doing another film in a few months and I’ll be back,” replies the Irish star.
