Silas Malafaia is criticized on the networks after charging Bolsonaro’s coup

Pastor Silas Malafaia yielded memes and entered the most commented subjects on Twitter after releasing a video saying he was against “crazy” at the doors of the Army barracks against the election of Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) and charging President Jair Bolsonaro’s coup (PL-RJ). He was angered by criticism for going to a luxury resort while Bolsonaristas were in tents.

Several netizens shared on Twitter an old audio of journalist Ricardo Boechat cursing the pastor. A user who identifies himself as Rogério Silva tweeted recalling the journalist’s phrase: “Go suck a cane field, you bastard! Explorer of other people’s faith!”

“Silas Malafaia’s political onslaught went so wrong that he wants to try arrest, to change his status from traitor to the church, for selling its members to political groups, to persecuted, for calling himself a Christian!”, wrote internet user Wendell Barbosa.

Other users of the social network said that the pastor, a supporter of Bolsonaro, needs to accept the result of the polls. “You lost, mané!! Accept that it hurts less! Your mamata is over!!”, tweeted Luciana Gonçalves. “Gospista. Pastor of Hate”, wrote internet user Jonathan Américo.
