Shakira started a new challenge in order to continue celebrating the success of her new song “Monotonía”. The Colombian singer invited her fans through social media to dance to the rhythm of bachata with Ozuna.

“Bachateros! The challenge is to get out of your “box” and arrive on time. If not, ask my colleague Truji,” she wrote Shakira on Instagram, along with a video showing her dancing with Juli Trujillo, better known as Truji Bachata.

The famous singer released the song “Monotonía” together with the award-winning songwriter and global superstar Ozuna.

In the chorus of the track we hear her sing: “It wasn’t your fault or mine, it was the monotony”. A bit more intense though is the visual commentary in the video clip, in which we see Ozuna smashing her heart with a bazooka and then the crowd stomping on the heart in the street.

The video was filmed in Manresa, Spain and caused a frenzy during filming, with fans following the entire film crew.

Shakira had released one more track, ‘Te Felicito’.
