Kéfera Buchmann says she would ‘change countries’ if her innermost thoughts were revealed

by

If I had to choose a higher education course today, Kéfera Buchmann, 29, says she would choose psychology. One of the first youtubers to gain fame in the country, he has been undergoing psychoanalysis since the age of 23 to cope with a life full of commitments and which, since she was 17, has been under the spotlight. “I’m my psychoanalyst’s biggest fan,” she says, laughing.

At the moment, she is focused on her acting career and, this Thursday (8), she returns to the cinema screens with the film “Pronto, Falei”. In the plot, she plays Janaína, who she defines as a “preppy girl” —completely different from her, who is more of a “tomboy”.

The girl revolts with her boyfriend Renato (Nicolas Prattes) when she finds out what he really thinks about her. It’s just that the guy has the habit of avoiding confronting people and takes advantage of the anger he feels when he fights with his girlfriend or someone at work writing emails that should never leave his drafts folder. Until they leave.

“If what happened to the character in the movie happened to me, I would hide in a tree house and never come out,” says the actress. “It really is an ‘escape to the hills’, I would go into the bush and stay there. Or I would change countries.”

But Kéfera, in fact, doesn’t have that much problem exposing her innermost thoughts. In the play “É Foda”, for example, she reflects on her own life, showing the audience much more than the “internet girl” image.

Idealized in the middle of the night and written in four days, the montage should return in 2023 with some changes. “One will be the name, as I’m thinking commercially,” she explains. “With an expletive in the title, people might think that’s what the play will be about, but that’s not what it is.”
