Yeezy’s company will have to leave its current headquarters

According to The Nation, Kanye owes two months’ rent of $63,254.

CT Calabasas, which owns the building, demanded the famous rapper pay the bill in full within 72 hours of the notice or face eviction.
“Within three days of service of this notice, you shall pay said rent in full or vacate said building,” the eviction notice read.
“If you do not pay or leave the premises, legal action will be taken against you. You are also hereby notified that, by this notice, the lessor elects to declare said lease forfeited if the rent is not paid in full within three (3) days.’

Kanye West has been paying rent at the location in question since 2015, when his company was known as West Brands Fashion. The original lease was $31,477 per month.
Aside from the eviction, various reports note that Kanye’s company is a mess. “Chaos and a toxic and abusive work environment. It’s a company with constant layoffs, intimidation and humiliation tactics, and a cult-like environment where slander thrives,” they write.
