Christmas without extravagances: Simaria teaches simple recipes for supper; check out

by

A time that is synonymous with hugs, gifts and special recipes for supper, Christmas usually has traditional dishes from this date and other delicacies on the table, which vary from region to region – such as codfish, in Rio de Janeiro, and roast suckling pig, in Goiás, to name a few.

For the singer Simaria, 40, the date does not need extravagances. “My Christmas and New Year’s dinner isn’t anything extraordinary, they are foods that we like. They end up being everyday”, says the artist.

In conversation with F5, she teaches two recipes that can be reproduced at home, one for supper and the other for dessert. The salty dish chosen by the artist was a tip from a friend of hers, and it is a chicken tulip (the middle of the wing, its meatiest part), which can be made in an electric fryer.

As for dessert, Simaria chose a recipe that does not use eggs, and which she learned from her sister and former country duo, singer Simone, 38. “The important thing is for the family to be together, and what we eat is what we like the most “, it says.
