Walcyr Carrasco reveals that he was barred from BBB 23 by Boninho: ‘I would be expelled’

The author of soap operas Walcyr Carrasco, 71, revealed that he had his entry in Big Brother Brasil 23 (Globo) barred by Boninho, director of the program. He recorded a video for fans and posted it on his Instagram profile this Saturday (7). In the publication, he talks about his desire to participate in a BBB edition and takes the opportunity to announce that he is producing a new soap opera for Globo.

“Guys, there’s a crowd wanting to know if I’m going to do Big Brother. I would like to, but Boninho has already said that he doesn’t accept me, because he said that I would be expelled in the first week”, said Walcyr in the video. “But I have a new soap opera and that’s life! I would certainly be a pain in the BBB!”, He wrote in the caption of the post.

Boninho himself responded with a comment. “Walcyr, you can do anything! I’m going to reserve a place for you at the house now!”, he said. Other celebrities left messages in the publication. Actor Henri Castelli, 41, commented on laughing emojis along with the hashtag: “#teamexecutioner”. Actors like Beth Goulart, 61, Wagner Santisteban, 39 and Rainer Cadete, 35, left comments laughing at the joke made by Walcyr.

Internet users were also amused by the possibility of the playwright participating in an edition of the BBB. In one of the comments, Jucimar Guilherme made a joke using names from the novels written by the author: “Walcyr, it would be too cool! Think of the house with glass curtains.
