“Over the years people have asked: did he take steroids?” host Chris Wallace asked Jackman.
“No, I love my job. And I love Wolverine,” the actor replied.
“No [I didn’t take steroids], I love my job. And I love Wolverine… I had been told anecdotally what the side effects are of that. And I was like, ‘I don’t love it that much.’ So no, I just did it the old school way.” – Hugh Jackman pic.twitter.com/PlcnTJmvlQ

“I have to be careful what I say here, but I’ve been told what the side effects of these are. And I said, “I don’t like it that much.” So no, I did it the traditional way. And I’m telling you, I’ve eaten more chicken — I feel so sorry for all the vegans and vegetarians and chickens of the world. Literally my karma is not good. If divinity has anything to do with chickens, I’m in trouble.”
Jackman will reprise his role as Wolverine in Marvel’s upcoming ‘Deadpool 3’. Production on the film is expected to begin in the spring after Jackman wraps his run in Broadway’s “The Music Man.”
