Thirty producers found the Panhellenic Theater Union

Thirty theater entrepreneurs with a multi-year mandate they establish the Panhellenic Theater Union (PETH) with the primary and highest purpose of promoting and strengthening theatrical performances and productions and in general the promotion of the theatrical art of our country.

The founding members of the Union operate and/or exploit more than 40 theaters in the Greek territory. They are: Adam Vanessa (Prime Entertainment EPE), Archimandrites Dimitrios (Happy Productions IKE), Yiatsios Thrasyvoulos (Ardittos Holdings Apoiiosios SA), Gisgakis Alexandros, Demestichas Giannouzos (Tagaris – Demestichas OE), Demestichas Dimitrios (Theama Acropol EE), Dimitriadis Athanasios (HERMIS AMKE Theater Company), Zafiriou Ioannis (Thomas Zafiriou Colosseum Productions), Zoulia Angeliki (HORA AEVE), Iordanidis Anastasios (A. Iordanidis & SIA EE), Katsaridis Panagiotis (Theatrical Stages SA), Lykiardopoulos Giorgos (Cultural Organization “Lykofos” »), Maragou Aikaterini, Marosoulis Dimitrios, Marosoulis Thodoris, Moumoulidis Themistokles (5th Age of Art MonEPE), Vasilios Bispikis (CARTEL Group AMKE), Panagopoulou Vasiliki, Pavlakis Karolos (Char. Pavlakis Theater Halls IKE), Emilia Sakellariadou (Argo Art Society AMKE), Tagaris Efthymios (Afoi Tagari OE), Tagaris Marios (Theama Marta EE), Tagaris Markos, Tarlow Dimitris (Dolihos AMKE), Tri Christos podis (METHEXIS AMKE), Hatzakis Konstantinos (ASTORIA SA).

The elected Board of Directors of PETH consists of: Markos Tagaris (chairman), George Lykiardopoulos (vice president), Vasia Panagopoulou (secretary), Giannouzos Demestichas (treasurer), Vanessa Adam, Gela Zoulia and Thrasyvoulos Yatsios (members).

“On the occasion of the mobilization of workers in the artistic field regarding the Presidential Decree 85/2022, recognizing that the main body of the theater is the actors, we agree to a fair solution to the problem for the requests of the sector” the Board of Directors of PETH and adds:

“The critical circumstances that Culture went through in the last years of the pandemic, as well as the need to put the smooth operation of theater production on a fair and modernized basis, the time has come to implement it. Among the immediate priorities of PETH is – among others – the initiation of a dialogue with SEH and the competent bodies for the signing of a collective agreement in order to regulate and normalize the process of theater production in our country”.
