My Style Rocks: The 9 contestants who will cross their… styles

The nine contestants who will make their first catwalk on the set of My Style Rocks on Monday 16 January at 17.00 are:

Emilia Vodos
Age: 25 years old
Occupation: Investment consultant

She was born and raised in Voula and now divides her time between Greece and Miami. Fashion entered her life very early as her parents often traveled for shopping. Her style habits are black and white and My Style Rocks is a personal challenge for her. He has expensive taste and is not afraid to show it and defend it.
He wants to reach the final. He believes that he will bring very strong images because he has a very rich wardrobe but also a very strong personality. She has a strong weakness for bags and shoes, which are only name brands. In a casual look, you can combine fast fashion and branded brands.
When something offends her aesthetics, she brings out another character. She admits that the most difficult part will be the judges’ words as she is not used to them commenting on her appearance.

Reina Veneti
Age: 35 years old
Occupation: Businessman

She lives in Glyfada and has been crazy about fashion since she was little. She remembers herself wearing mommy’s dresses and heels and catwalking around the house! Today her taste is more selective and her wardrobe has clothes and accessories of value.
As far as the other contestants are concerned, if they’re good to her, she’ll be too…though she thinks there’s always a bit of jealousy between women.
She believes that social media in the last decade has helped a lot even women who are somewhat weak in it to find their style. But for her, the point is to have an identity and not to simply copy.
She is competitive and accepts criticism when there is a reason for it. She doesn’t like irony, she thinks she has style and character and comes to show what fashion means! She comes to the competition with the aim of winning but also to develop her style.

Nicole Despotopoulou
Age: 25 years old
Occupation: Influencer, advertising

Nicole is originally from the Peloponnese but also Crete and lives in Parnitha. She has done make-up seminars, studied aesthetics and is one of the first influencers in Greece. He is a Gemini under the zodiac sign and mocks himself by saying “I don’t have my own style”. He has more than 400 pairs of shoes. She accepts criticism in polite contexts but that does not mean she is not competitive. She comes to My style rocks because she thinks it will help her in her work.

Christianna Katsieri
Age: 19 years old
Occupation: Student

He was born and raised in Piraeus and studies Aesthetics and Dermatology in Cyprus. She has participated in beauty pageants winning the title of Miss GS Hellas 2022 and will represent our country in the Miss Earth competition. She would like to become a model on a global level. She declares she is ready to judge and be judged. She may be the youngest of this year’s cast, but she believes that she has the maturity to put on a better aesthetic than the rest of the contestants.
She has an opinion and she’s not afraid to say it, she has a style she thinks will be liked and, ultimately, she doesn’t care what other people think.
By nature she is introverted and kind-hearted, where she forgets everything is when she has to speak her mind.

Olga Kotlida
Age: 28 years old
Occupation: Stylist

She comes from Thessaloniki, she studied Architecture but the field of fashion won her over. As a stylist she has collaborated with rappers, Sasuke and Sigma as well as other well-known artists. In her wardrobe she has mainly black, red and white clothes. She characterizes her style as eccentric and dark. She comes to My Style Rocks to show another perspective of fashion to the world, hers. She thinks she is different from the other contestants because she dares.
It will hardly go out of bounds. What can irritate her is ignorance and irony. She is competitive but without insulting the other person. She can accept negative criticism because quite simply… she doesn’t care! Her choices are about quality and that means she can be expensive at times. She would like Greek women to be bolder in their style. She doesn’t like it when she sees unrelated information in a look. She will try to be fair and not strict.

Basilica of Lignou
Age: 30 years old
Occupation: Fashion Manager

He comes from Santorini and Aigio, but was born and raised in Athens. Due to her profession, she believes that she will do very well at My Style Rocks because she will present a complete image in each concept. She considers her style unconventional but what “speaks” to every woman.
She believes that choosing exclusively well-known brands shows insecurity and she mainly prefers Greek designers. For her, simple wins!
She says she’s very competitive, she hasn’t learned to lose, she talks back and gets along mostly with… men!
She cannot bear to have her intelligence underestimated and is against plastic surgery.

Georgina Moraiti
Age: 46 years old
Occupation: Sales Manager

She lives in Athens and started working early to help her family. Her love for fashion was born when she was working in a clothing store as a saleswoman when she was 15 years old. In a garment, he does not consider the price to be important, but the value that the wearer will give it. Due to her profession, her style is classic, but in her personal life she also makes bolder choices. He is not afraid of competition, nor of criticism. He doesn’t come to My style rocks to do PR!

Eva Fouska
Age: 27 years old
Occupation: Presenter/influencer

She has been involved in modeling for several years and has also worked in Milan in showrooms, photo shoots and catwalks. Her resume also includes collaborations with Greek designers. For her, My Style Rocks is her return to television after co-hosting a travel show for two years. He always wants to be first and declares: “quiet power is stronger than something that shouts”. She thinks that women sometimes see her as competitive and maybe this is due to her strong, dynamic, commanding presence. Duplicity can drive her outside of herself. To the criticism of the other girls she will respond accordingly.

Seleni Fotiadis
Age: 34 years old
Occupation: Actor-performer

He lives in Athens, has published two books – a novel and a poetry collection – and is a member of a troupe preparing a show with a strong social message about gender violence. He comes to My Style Rocks to show a new fashion standard, a new type of dressing, visual and theatrical.
She believes that women have style but are imprisoned by standards. She doesn’t like to see beautiful women copying Instagram models. It is not her goal to shop for expensive clothes, but if she likes something, she can allocate a respectable amount to get it.
She doesn’t know exactly how other women see her, she doesn’t think they are jealous of her although she has noticed some such attitudes towards her in the past. He accepts criticism if it does not hide envy, empathy and injustice. If any contestant insults her, then she will react accordingly.
