Actor Jeremy Renner, 52, known for playing Hawkeye in “The Avengers,” has been discharged from hospital after suffering a serious accident on New Year’s Day. He said on social media that he was watching an episode of the series “Mayor of Kingstown” with his family at home, this Tuesday (17)

The actor was seriously injured when trying to clear a path with a snowplow at his home in Lake Tahoe, Nevada, an area heavily affected by the blizzard.
