Participant Fred, who is being called “Boco Roso” on social networks for being the ex-husband of Bianca Rosa (BBB 20), is being praised by the public and considered an important supporter of the LGBTQIA+ cause within the reality show.
The youtuber’s brother identifies himself as a non-binary trans person and said that he was the one who paid for the surgery to remove the breasts as a birthday present, and says that Fred has always supported him.
In a post on social media, Gabs Noah says that the family was surprised, but that they always offered help. “My brother is always by my side. My father almost died of a heart attack when I told him, but he supported me from the first minute and my mother told me that the surgery was beautiful and that she was very happy for me”, he said.
The brothers are so close that when Fred and Bianca had the baby shower when they found out she was pregnant, the couple decided the color for the trousseau would be purple. “My sister is a non-binary person and, when I told her I wanted to celebrate this, I was asked: ‘Why are you going to celebrate the gender? Why not just celebrate the person?’. So we decided to use the color purple, which is a mixture of blue and pink, because it wouldn’t make any difference if Cris was a boy or a girl,” he said at the time.
