by

Claudia Raia received a lot of criticism on Twitter this Thursday (19) when it was announced that the actress got authorization to raise a little over R$ 5 million under the Rouanet Law for the production of the show “Claudia Raia — Os Musicals”. The announcement about the release of the resource was published in the Federal Official Gazette.

The news caused supporters of former president Jair Bolsonaro to demonstrate against the artistic class. “The mamata came back with everything to suck the teats of the State”, began mocking an internet user publishing a post from the publication of the actress’s project. Another follower also recalled that Claudia Raia supported the nomination of Margareth Menezes for the Minister of Culture: “It was just her praising the minister of “curtura” who received R$ 5 million and the box office of the shows will also be for Claudia Raia. still has BRL 10 billion to distribute to lacrador artists.”

Another netizen made fun of the Globo actress and included other professionals from the station. “The picanha dos Globais is already released via Rouanet Law. Soon after being authorized more than 10 billion to be spent on events, actress Claudia Raia celebrates the whopping R$ 5 million authorized for her show. And who pays the bill ? The most simple and humble worker!” The fourth netizen added: “There are 120 million people going hungry and they gave 5 million to Claudia Raia.”

According to the website of the Ministry of Culture, the project ended up being approved, but fundraising has not yet started. There will be 48 presentations, divided into two shows. The chosen rooms will have capacity for around 600 spectators. Thus, each entry will cost between R$ 50, the limit range for Vale-Cultura tickets, and R$ 300, with 10% of tickets distributed free of charge. As a social counterpart, Claudia Raia undertook to carry out a 40-hour training activity on the practice of performing arts and the professional market for actors.

Last Wednesday (18), the Minister of Culture, Margareth Menezes, announced the release of 1 billion reais from the folder until January 30. The amount refers to resources aimed at Rouanet Law projects that had been blocked by the Bolsonaro government. The decree allows individuals and legal entities to direct part of the resources that would be destined to the payment of Income Tax to the cultural sector. In this way, artists and producers receive sponsorship through the IR tax exemption.

THE F5 tried to contact Claudia Raia’s advisory, but did not receive a response until the publication of this article
