Leticia Sabatella announces departure from Globo: ‘I am deeply grateful’

Actress Leticia Sabatella, 50, announced this Wednesday (22) her departure from TV Globo, after 30 years. She made the announcement by sharing a fan club-edited video that compiled her major roles in television drama.

“I had an enormous privilege to belong to this History-School, I am deeply grateful to TV Globo and all the amazing artists I have learned so much from! A beautifully strong and formative cycle, which is about to end. My moment is of new headquarters, to direct, to create more and more, to act, sing, always study new languages!”, he wrote in an Instagram publication.

“How many life stories I’ve known in this adventure factory! I wish all colleagues, friends, accomplices in dreams, lots of love, health, peace, light and joy!”

Sabatella has participated in soap operas such as “O Clone”, “Caminho das Indias”, “Sangue Bom” and “Tempo de Amar”. Currently, the actress is part of the cast of the soap opera “Nos Tempos do Imperador”, playing the empress Teresa Cristina de Bragança.

In 2021, Camila Queiroz, Camila Pitanga, Cissa Guimarães, Nathalia Dill, Grazi Massafera, Lázaro Ramos, Ingrid Guimarães, Reynaldo Gianecchini, among others, also left Globo.
