Businesswoman and socialite Paris Hilton, 41, announced on Tuesday night (24) the birth of her first child with her husband, businessman Carter Reum, through surrogacy. She shared a photo on Instagram holding the baby’s hand, but did not reveal the name.
“You are already loved beyond words,” Paris wrote in the photo’s caption. Several celebrities commented on the publication and congratulated the socialite, including Brazilian singer Pabllo Vittar, who posted heart emojis, and actress Cleo Pires, who wrote “congratulations”.
Lindsay Lohan, a longtime friend of Paris, congratulated her on the baby’s birth. “Congratulations, what a blessing! We love you,” wrote Kris Jenner, mother of the Kardashians-Jenner. “Congratulations beautiful friend, so excited for you,” said actress Rumer Willis, pregnant with her first child.
“Congratulations to you both, greatest blessing,” commented model Naomi Campbell, who also used a surrogate to fulfill her dream of becoming a mother. Another longtime friend of the socialite who gave congratulations was Kim Kardashian: “So happy for you! So in love with [esse] Angel.”
The socialite said, in an interview on Tuesday with People, that she always dreamed of being a mother and that she was very happy to have found her husband Reum. “We are so excited to start our family together and our hearts are bursting with love for our baby boy.”
Paris and Reum were married in a lavish ceremony in November 2021 and she has often spoken about using IVF to conceive a child. The socialite told the publication that they started the process during the Covid-19 pandemic.
