Adele confirmed that he will be attending the Music Awards ceremony Grammy Awards. The English singer-songwriter dispelled rumors that he will not attend the event, which is scheduled for February 5.
“I’m going to the Grammys,” said Adele, who continues to perform in Las Vegas.
“I would never miss the Grammys. I would never be so disrespectful to the Grammys or to other artists. Whoever started this trivial story needs to come back to reality. Go get some fresh air!” he said.
Adele always shows respect for the Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences, as well as her fellow musicians.
In 2017, when she won a Grammy for Album of the Year, the singer made a reference to Beyoncé, whose breakthrough “Lemonade” was up for the same award.
This year, Adele is nominated for Album of the Year, Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Pop Solo Performance, Best Pop Vocal Album, Best Music Video and Best Music Video. The nominations are from her 2021 album ’30’.
