Seymour tries to find comfort in her grandchildren
Stephanie Seymour is ready to talk about the sudden death of her son, Harry Brandt, two years after he died from a drug overdose. The supermodel speaking in the new issue of the WSJ magazine describes, among other things, what comforts her and makes her forget, somehow, her pain from the untimely death of her son.
“If I think Harry would love something, I do it and it helps me with my grief,” she said in the interview, adding that “plus I feel good wearing his clothes”, noting that many women would want to wear his clothes and be photographed with them.
At the same time, Seymour tries to find comfort in her grandchildren. “I try to just be present. Holidays for me are hard now, and I’m sure a lot of other people can relate, it’s hard now because I’m always thinking about what’s missing,” she reflected. “Nothing has helped me get through this more than my grandchildren,” she added.
Seymour also said her family welcomed their newest member in October, who was named after his late uncle.
