Mara Maravilha calls Adriane Galisteu a nose and gets an answer

by

The atmosphere between presenters Adriane Galisteu, 48, and Mara Maravilha, 53, is not the best. While participating in the Silvio Santos Program (SBT), Mara called the commander of A Fazenda 13 (Record) a nose.

The criticism took place during a painting when she needed to attribute a characteristic to Galisteus. And ended up referring to her because of the size of her nose.

Through social networks, Galisteu spoke without referring to Mara. “Me and my nose again. Have you ever wondered why you charge so much and find yourself so flawed? For the simple fact of listening to others,” he began.

“In a time we live where the internet has a much greater weight in our lives, we need to be at ease with ourselves to go through unnecessary things and people, dealing with comments about us all the time,” he added.

Elsewhere, Galisteu posted that the first step he seeks to be happy is to love himself the way he is. And he also used the moment to advise anyone who is not happy with some feature of their own body.

“When you accept yourself, you free yourself in an indescribable way. Not letting insecure people put you down is an act of love with yourself. Respect yourself above all! Don’t accept less than you deserve,” he said.

This is not the first time that Mara finds herself involved and some controversy with presenters. In November, presenter Xuxa Meneghel, 58, rebelled with Mara Maravilha after she made a parody of the song “Ilariê” at Ratinho (SBT). At the time, he used the term “dead mental” to refer to those who have listened to the Rainha dos Baixinhos album.

At the attraction, Mara asked Mouse for permission to show her version of the melody. “It’s time, it’s time, for the brainwashing. I got an album by Xuxa and I became mentally retarded”, she sang.

In a comment on a post on social media, Xuxa said he felt sorry for Mara. “When I heard that, I put myself in the shoes of a person with special needs. And I swear I was sad. How does a person who worked for a child say that?”, he began.

“For me, ok. It just makes me feel more sorry for her. But for the children and people with a degree of intellect who are ‘in that expression’. It’s just ugly”, posted Xuxa.

With negative repercussions, Maravilha resorted to her networks to ask for forgiveness for what she called an unfortunate mistake. “I unintentionally pronounced ‘mentally weak’. I was wrong, I’m sorry, I’m sorry, I’m sorry. To represent art, communication and the public’s imagination is precisely to recognize that we have great responsibilities to what we propagate daily with good or bad examples”, he wrote.
