Luana, Maurílio’s wife, says goodbye through social media: ‘Thanks for everything’

Wife of the countryman Maurílio, who died at the age of 28 after being hospitalized for two weeks, Luana Ramos said goodbye to her husband through social networks. After posting a video in which she petted him, she wrote words of thanks: “Rest, my love, rest. Thank you for everything, thank you for so much.”

Luiza’s girlfriend, Maurílio’s music partner, ex-BBB Marcela Mc Gowan also paid tribute. “Nothing will erase everything beautiful that you lived. Forces, my dear”, posted in the same publication.

The musician died this Wednesday afternoon (29) at age 28. The artist had been in the ICU of a hospital in Goiânia since December 15, after suffering three cardiac arrests as a result of pulmonary thromboembolism.

The musician had been showing a worsening in his clinical condition since the night of this Tuesday (28). The last bulletin, shared by the musician’s press office, this Wednesday morning, reported that he was still hospitalized in serious condition, and had shown another worsening in the last 12 hours.

In a statement released by the artist’s office this afternoon, signed by Dr. Wandervan Antônio Azevedo, the hospital communicated with “great regret” the singer’s death at 4:30 pm. This morning, Luana Ramos, wife of the sertanejo, shared an open letter to God and said she still had hope.

Maurílio had a malaise while recording a DVD, in Goiânia, on December 15, and after suffering three cardiac arrests, he was admitted to Hospital Jardim América, but was transferred to the Instituto Ortopédico de Goiânia (IOG) after showing “stability clinic”.​

One day after the singer’s transfer, the mother Odaisa Delmonte shared a record alongside his son on his Instagram profile rooting for his recovery. “I miss your smile and your hug. Wake up, son, we’re waiting for you”, he wrote in the caption.
