Influencer Karen Bachini spoke again this Wednesday (15) about the allegations involving former employee Priscilla Danielle. In a video on the YouTube channel, the makeup artist exposes WhatsApp conversations and two other employees speak in defense of the accused of moral harassment.
In November 2022, Priscilla, who was hired to produce content for Karen’s channel, made a complaint video against her former boss. She accused the youtuber of moral harassment and told about imposed tasks that did not concern her role. A labor lawsuit was filed by the former employee against the blogger, who won in the aspects of moral damages and harassment, but lost in the issue that guarantees CLT rights.
In the most recent report, published last Saturday (10), Priscilla says that Karen called her to make a retraction video, which she publicly refused through the video on her Instagram. Finally, the video was a rant about wanting to get away from the subject, which hurts her: “I want tranquility in my life”.
Karen’s account, which has 2.6 million subscribers on her channel, seeks to expose her version of the facts. “This video aims to deny the things that were invented about me and were spread over the internet, with proof”, said the youtuber. Throughout the video of more than an hour, she presents messages from the former employee that help in her defense.
One of the reported situations was the employees’ trip to the Comic Con event, which took place without the blogger’s approval and was paid for by the company. Karen also presents photos of the conversation, refusing an invitation from a brand and says that, on the day of the event, she was surprised by the presence of the employees without her. “We lost the relationship with the brand”, explained the influencer.
The blogger also brings testimonials from two employees who have worked with her for 4 and 10 years. They report everyday situations and deny Priscilla’s accusations. “It was a minimum thing of coexistence”, defended one of the employees, about the accusation of carrying out domestic tasks that were not part of her work.
