They are leaving town Ho Chi Minhalso known as Saigon, which they visited in the first two episodes and fly into the city Da Nang in the center of the country. They explore the old capital of the country, the Hoi An with the traditional architecture, the beautiful temples, the famous Japanese bridge and the characteristic river, in which they go for a ride in a traditional round fishing boat. They visit one of the most important ancient cities of Indochina, the My Sonwhich was bombed by the Americans during the war in Vietnam.
Then they go to the largest amusement park in the country, Ba Na Hills. They enter the longest continuous cable car in the world and ascend to 1,500 meters where they have built a castle-state – a resort with towers, amusement parks, imposing temples and vast gardens. There, they see and cross one of the most famous bridges in the world: the Golden Bridge with the “huge hands” that leaves them speechless with its architecture!
An impressive journey to an interesting and welcoming country, which will continue in the next episode.
