Where Christos’s father once had the historic shop “Strofi”, he today continues the tradition by creating a menu with standard seafood dishes, vegan options and more.

Next is a stop for dessert at “Parnassos”!

This historic patisserie that started as a small dairy shop and makes, among other things, a timelessly delicious milk pie.

Dimitris Skarmoutsou’s tour of Perama ends with a stop at “Takis”. It started as a small cafe with snacks and has evolved into a small fish tavern with fresh fish and shellfish but also many stories to tell us.

Returning to the studio, Dimitris Skarmoutsos prepares two separate recipes, pizza with cream cheese, bacon and jalapeños and cuttlefish with orange, olives and herbs.
