The first live of The Voice is a fact! After weeks of auditions, knockouts and battles the best contestants made it to the next phase. The competition was once again fierce and some judges saw their players withdraw.
With George Lianos absent in Agios Domenikos, it was Fai Skordas who took over the presentation of the first live of “The Voice of Greece”. The beautiful presenter entered the stage shining and impressive, from where she will keep us company until the finale.

Of course, there was no lack of references to George Lianos. After all, he himself wanted to be present at the first live. This may not have been done in person, but technology “erased” the distance and brought him to the set. “You are the Survivor of our hearts,” said Fai Skordas, to which George Lianos replied:
“Sit down for half a minute because I’m writing down what the coaches have said one by one. Rouvas said “brighter with you Faye”, “I’m glad you’re here and not the other one”. What did Argyros say? Argyros said something that I don’t remember, but only Mouzourakis stood up for me! Faye Skordas, welcome to The Voice.”

At the end of the evening, Panos Mouzourakis saw two of his players advance to the next stage, as did Konstantinos Argyros and Sakis Rouvas. Only Elena Paparizou saw one of her players continue.

To take things in order, Dodona’s appearance was extremely impressive. Her soulful performance in ‘When a Man Loves a Woman’ left everyone speechless and was able to give her the ticket to the sequel.

In fact, he won over Julio Imeri from Elena Paparizou’s team with an overwhelming 89% of the public’s preference.

Things are more borderline in the duel between Maros Manganiari and Lazaros Katsipis. With a percentage of 56%, the player from the team of Panos Mouzourakis prevailed even marginally and will continue to claim the title of the best voice of Greece. She did a great rendition of ‘Who’s Lovin’ You’, but even so, she won in the thread.

The cross-battles continue next week. 14 more players will compete in pairs, but only seven will continue in the competition.
