Another exciting live cross battles of The Voice of Greece has ended, with seven players getting the last tickets to the semi-finals. The performances were sensational, the duels were terrific, while Elena Paparizou set the stage on fire with her new song and collaboration with Marseaux and Joanne.
For another live, the sparkling Fai Scordas welcomed us to the show and set the tone for what was to follow.

With one of the highest percentages recorded in the history of the competition, Zafeiris Parashakis “threw out” Annie Galani with an overwhelming 74%. Both of them gave their best in order to get the coveted ticket. The “lucky star” performed by Annie Galani, however, probably didn’t help her since Zafeiris Parashakis, performing the song “Angels” from the group of Konstantinos Argyros, was the one who passed to the next phase of The Voice.

And if Zafeiris’ 74% was overwhelming, Theodora Mouradidou came to break the counters even more. 76% wrote the percentage at the end with the player of Elena Paparizou winning the audience with her interpretation of “Everybody loves you”.

Things were more marginal in Jose Manuel Arrieta Duarte’s duel with Despina Katsiadrami. The explosive Latino performed Danza Kuduro and won the public’s favor. However, if nothing else Despina turned the battle into a derby with the percentages proving how good both were.

And if the situation in the battle of Jose and Dimitra was for strong nerves, the duel between Katia Samantzi and Dimitra Konstantopoulou came. Competing in a foreign song, both of them gave everything on stage and the audience was strongly divided. 51% was the minimum possible to qualify Katia, with Sakis Rouvas smiling at the end seeing his player continue.

Beyond the competitive part, the coaches went on stage and gave their own show. The beginning was made by Elena Paparizou who presented her new song entitled “Leave” for which she collaborated with George Sampanis for the first time after 12 years. Marseaux and Joanne joined her soon after and wowed the audience with their remake of “Sit Well”.
Players and coaches renew their appointment for next Saturday night with the semi-final!
