“I’m such a big Madonna fan,” said the German artist
Kim Petras would do anything to work with Madonna. While walking the red carpet at Billboard’s 2023 Women in Music event, the singer-songwriter opened up about her love for the “Queen of Pop,” who introduced Kim and Sam Smith at the Grammys in February — and expressed hope to cooperate in the future.
“I’m such a huge fan,” the German artist told Entertainment Tonight. “I don’t know how good of a friend I can be with her but ‘Ray of Light’ changed my life!” Every time I see her, I just talk about her music and what it means to me, but it was the most incredible thing for me to have Madonna respect me and even know anything about me.”
When asked if their new friendship could one day turn into a collaboration, the ‘Unholy’ singer said: ‘I would die. I would die to have Madonna in anything or be in anything with Madonna, so yes, absolutely.”
