The “bomb” of Jeffrey Gedrik in the PAOK men’s volleyball team is definitive. The amateur “Dikefalos” announced the acquisition from December 1st of the 30 -year -old international American diagonal with a great career in the last seven years in Europe and in championships such as German, Turkish and Italian and Aristotle’s financial assistance.
Last season, Gentrik wore the Fenerbahce jersey.

“PAOK and the men’s volleyball department announce the start of a partnership with athlete Jeffrey Gedrik.
Born on 15/09/1995, Jeffrey Gedrik fights as central and has a height of 208cm.
He made his first steps at volleyball at Chicago University Logiola in the 2014-15 season, where he graduated in the 2017-18 season. There, he won the College Championship for the 2014-15 season, being the championship MVP, the best central and the best blocker, with his appearances opening the K21 US door and later by Team USA.
The 2018-19 season found him for the first time in Europe and more specifically in Germany on behalf of Berlin Recycling Volleys. In his first year he won the Bundesliga. At the national level, he won the silver medal in VNL and bronze in the World Cup with Team USA.
The following season (2019-20) again found him at Berlin Recycling Volleys, with which he won the Germany Cup and the German Super Cup in a racing year where he was not completed normally due to the Coronovirus pandemic.
In the 2020-21 season he competed in Poland, in one of the top championships in Europe, playing for Asseco Rzeszow.
In the 2021-22 season he returned to Germany and Berlin Recycling Volleys. He won the Bundeslinga and the German Super Cup, while becoming a better offensive, better central and best blocker in the league. At the same time, he won the silver medal in VNL.
The following season (2022-23) found him in Poland, this time on behalf of Luk Lublin. The landmark of that season, however, was the gold medal in the World Cup with Team USA in Japan.
In the 2023-24 season he competed in Italy and Gioiella Prisma Taranto, playing on Serie A1. This year was accompanied by the celebration of the Paris Olympics, where the American central was a key member of Team USA and contributed greatly to the bronze medal.
In the previous season (2024-25) he also played in Turkey and Fenerbahce, with which he won the Turkish Cup.
The American central will strengthen PAOK after 01/12/2025, where he will come to Thessaloniki on behalf of ‘biceps’.
