Her documentary Brooke Shields “Pretty Baby” caused a sensation at the Sundance Film Festival, and that’s not just because of the film’s content.

Shields’ new film tells the story of her life in the entertainment industry, starting with her rise as a child model to her roles in films like “Pretty Baby” and “The Blue Lagoon.”

However, what has piqued the public’s interest is the revelation that Brooke Shields was sexually assaulted by a powerful Hollywood executive in her 20s. In a recent interview with People magazine, the actress opened up about her experience, revealing that she never went public with the attack until now because she thought no one would believe her.

She also shared how the attack affected her, saying: “It took me a long time to process. I’m angrier now than I could have been then.” The actress added that she blamed herself for the attack afterwards, saying: “I kept saying, “I shouldn’t have done that. Why did I go with him? I shouldn’t have had that drink at dinner.”

The attack took place at a professional dinner when Brooke Shields graduated from Princeton University. The unnamed Hollywood executive had invited her to his hotel room, where he proceeded to assault her. The actress said she “froze” during the attack and blamed herself afterward.

Brooke Shields hopes her story can help other women who may have experienced similar situations. He wants to encourage people to come forward and seek help, saying: “If you’re scared, you’re right to be. These are scary situations. They don’t have to be violent to be scary.”

The documentary, directed by Lana Wilson, was described as “fascinating” and “comprehensive” by Variety. The documentary will premiere on Hulu on April 3.

“I thought I would never work again,” the actress said. He added: “But I’m still here. I’m still working. And I want people to know that they can do it.”
