His tour starts from “Mimosa Neighborhood”, a corner and very beautiful all day café bistro. There Dimitris will get to know the story of three friends from New Philadelphia whose goal was to make a friendly and welcoming cafe and they succeeded!
It will follow “ByRaki”, a Cretan deli that in recent years has become one of the most beloved corners of New Philadelphia. Nice appetizers and excellent raki are its strong points.
On the exact opposite corner of the street, is the pastry shop “Fairytale”. A fairytale pastry shop, inspired by our childhood and “Alice in Wonderland”.
The exploration of New Philadelphia ends at “Cinco de Mayo”! A Latin American restaurant, with beautiful touches and many familiar dishes such as tacos, burritos and fajitas.
When Dimitris Skarmoutsos returns to the studio he prepares two separate recipes: octopus stew with barley and enchiladas with chicken and cream cheese.
