The singer Mano Brown, 51, announced through social networks that to enter his shows all people will need to be vaccinated. The statement was given by him on Twitter.

“Reminding everyone that vaccines save lives and to go to Mano Brown and Racionais Mc’s shows in 2022 you will need to present your proof of vaccination,” he wrote.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, the rapper has respected the protocols and has not made presentations. However, those fully immunized will be able to check out his next show up close, which should take place on January 29 at Fundição Progresso, in Rio de Janeiro.

In the meantime, Brown has devoted himself to his podcast. Mano a Mano, Spotify’s podcast, since its launch on August 26, is often at the top of the most listened to on the platform.

Presented by Racionais MC’s rapper Mano Brown, the program became a success right away and has provoked discussions on social media, with the variety of its themes and guests.

In 16 episodes, Brown received big names in politics, music and Brazilian art, passing through Djonga, Fernando Holiday, Leci Brandão and Wagner Moura, last week. All conversations are available on the platform.

In the conversation with Glória Maria, the rapper talked about the experience of interviewing the first black journalist on Brazilian television and the lessons learned during the four months of recording.

Asked by Glória Maria about what has changed since his debut in charge of the podcast, Mano Brown said that he allowed himself to expose vulnerabilities: “I got out of my comfort zone. Because music is what I like to do, in my time, in my house, in the places I like. And here I am exposing myself to make mistakes, to be ridiculous”.
