Speaking to ‘Variety’, Aniston said that working in comedy has become increasingly difficult as comedians are no longer allowed to make fun of life.

“Now it’s a bit difficult, because you have to be very careful. The beauty of comedy is that we make fun of ourselves, we make fun of life,” said the famous actress.

He continued: “In the past you could joke with a bigot and get a laugh. Now we are not allowed to do that. There’s a whole generation of people, kids, who now look back on episodes of “Friends” and find them offensive,” he said.
