Rafa Kalimann says that panic attacks have passed since his participation in ‘Dança dos Famosos’

Rafa Kalimann turns 30 this Sunday (2) facing new challenges in her career, such as her participation in the painting “Dança dos Famosos”, on Domingão do Huck (Globo), which she says has brought benefits to her health.

“I can’t remember the last time I went three weeks without having a panic attack. I haven’t had it since I started on ‘Dança’. I’m having so much fun, and so disciplined, that I haven’t had any more attacks. That for me is already Look how important it is to find something that takes us to the new”, said the influencer in an interview with Lucas Pasin, a columnist for UOL.

With many plans for her career, which has gone through ups and downs since her departure from BBB 20, Rafa told the site that she intends to work as an actress. She took a break from the rehearsals she was doing to debut in the theater when she learned that her participation in the soap opera “Vai na Fé” (Globo) was prevented due to lack of DRT (professional registration).

Already in the first months of 2023, the influencer also changed part of her team, including her manager. But last year, she admits, she was “lost and unhappy”. Rafa claims that she had many achievements and that she could end 2022 by saying that it was the most incredible period of her life.

“My goals had all been completed, but no, I wasn’t accomplished. I needed to review everything. Question. I turned over and over in part of my team, in my structure, not only in the office, but also in the clothing brands I wore, in everything. It was necessary for me to get to the place where I feel good.”

One of these achievements came at the end of last year. The influencer, who had been a judge of “Dança” a few times, said that she heard from the participants that the painting transformed their lives. Until in December she received an invitation to be one of the celebrities to participate in the dispute. She said that the rehearsal routine is tiring, however, pleasurable.

“‘Dança’ puts me completely out of my comfort zone. It takes a lot of dedication, rehearsal and delivery. There are times when I think my body won’t handle it, but I keep rehearsing, and the pleasure is immense”, he said.

“I deal with ups and downs with courage, and play myself. I will often experience things that make me upset and that serve as a lesson. In ‘Dancing with the Famous’ I am not immune to that either. But I am not looking for approval from the public, any career is an escalation. There are painful processes. My fears, public opinions and limitations, none of that takes away my courage to do something”, she said to the UOL columnist.

Rafa even admitted that he was uncomfortable last week, when he heard from one of the judges, his ex-boyfriend José Loreto, that it was “disconcerting” to see her on the stage of Domingão.
