BBB 23: Cezar Black is investigated for job abandonment by hospital in Brasilia

When he leaves the BBB 23 house with or without the Globo reality final award, Cezar Black will have to solve a problem related to his work. The University Hospital of Brasília (HUB) informed, through a note, that it opened a process to investigate job abandonment of the public servant. The health professional has been confined since January due to his participation in the program and has already accumulated unjustified absences.

In a statement, the institution reported that the nurse was on vacation in January. In February, some absences were paid due to the use of the hourly bank and others generated payroll deductions. But in March, with no justification for the absence for several days, a process was opened to investigate a possible job abandonment. “The action is in progress and follows the normative procedural rites, which will include the contradictory and full defense”, says the note sent to UOL.

According to labor legislation, “unjustified absences for more than 30 consecutive days” are considered “abandonment of position”, as provided for in article 64 of Law No. 840/2011, which result in dismissal for just cause.

This Thursday afternoon (6), the participant’s official profile reported that it would publish an official statement on the brother’s employment situation. “Our Captain’s life was never easy inside the most guarded house in Brazil!
