Youtuber and makeup artist Karen Bachini published a video on TikTok this Thursday (6) in which she takes another pin at influencer Virginia Fonseca. She recorded the artistic make-up process and made reference to the video in which she criticizes the base of WePink, the influencer’s brand, — all of this to the sound of the new rap made by Virginia’s husband, the musician Zé Felipe.
“Did you like this make-up, clan?” asks Bachini in the caption. In the video, after applying the foundation, the youtuber passes a piece of paper over the skin, which removes the product easily. She had done the same when she recorded her review following the launch of WePink’s base. This time, the new element in the video is the music in the background: rap recorded by Zé Felipe in response to journalist Evaristo Costa.
The journalist caused controversy when he commented on a video in which Maria Alice, 2, daughter of Virginia and Zé Felipe, appears preferring the nanny’s lap to her mother’s. “Have you heard: Mother is the one who creates?”, wrote Evaristo on Twitter.
Zé Felipe came out in defense of the woman and released the new song on social networks. “I ask for respect with my family / With my Marias, with my Virgínia / She’s always on the run, working hard / Always being beaten, but she never fell”, says the excerpt that Karen Bachini used to compose her video.
Netizens reacted to Bachini’s post. “And she strikes again,” read one of the comments on TikTok. The web also noticed that engagement in the makeup artist’s videos is higher when she talks or hints at Virginia. “Look at the difference in her views when she posts from Virginia,” said one follower.
