Ariana Grande took to TikTok to address her fans’ concerns about her body, telling them that “there are different ways to look healthy and beautiful.” The famous singer urged people to be kind to themselves and others.

Grande, 29, reminded fans that she wasn’t wearing false eyelashes or eyeliner, telling them not to “freak out about it.”

“My body is suffering. I was on a lot of anti-depressants, I was eating badly and what you consider a “healthy body” is not really.

The singer focused much of the video on the toll of “body shaming,” reminding her fans that all people are beautiful, urging them to be “kind to each other and to themselves.” Grande is currently working on the movie ‘Wicked’.

“I think we could be kinder and less comfortable commenting on people’s bodies, whatever that is,” Grande said.

The singer’s video reminded several social media users of Selena Gomez’s recent video, in which she also faced concerns and rumors about her appearance. “You never know what someone is going through,” Grande added.
