Camila Cabello Confirms She’s Back With Shawn Mendes

Ex-boyfriends Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello don’t seem to be so “ex” anymore. During the first night of Coachella, this Friday (14), the “Havana” singer and the Canadian singer were spotted exchanging caresses and kisses while watching a performance together. If that alone wasn’t enough, there are Cabello records confirming the couple’s return.

In the video filmed during the shows, the two smile at each other before sharing a warm kiss, next to others in the crowd. At other times of the night, the former couple – who split in November 2021 – talked and drank with friends.

In a video that seems to have been recorded at the end of the festival, when Cabello and Mendes were getting into a car to leave, the singer is accompanied by friends when a reporter asks: “Are you together again?” She replies yes.

Their reunion comes more than a year after they released a joint statement announcing their split after more than two years together. The split came as a surprise to fans.

While they haven’t released many details about their romance, over the past year, Cabello has been candid about how her priorities “changed” during their relationship. “We started so young too,” the former Fifth Harmony singer said in an interview. “It’s like we’re learning to be real healthy adults. My priorities have changed and my focus has changed throughout my life.”

After their split, Mendes was linked to several women, including his 51-year-old chiropractor, Dr. Jocelyn Miranda. There was also speculation that the Canadian pop star was having an affair with Sabrina Carpenter, but he denied the rumors.

Cabello, in turn, dated the CEO of the relationship app Lox Club, Austin Kevitch, after breaking up with Mendes. They were first seen together in June 2022, but the romance ended eight months later.
