The controversy between Karen Bachini, Virginia Fonseca and Zé Felipe continues to move the internet. This Monday (17), the influencer defended her work as a makeup product reviewer on Youtube after being criticized by the couple live last Sunday (16).
In an event to promote sales, Virginia praised the brand’s own product, again defending that “it is the best on the market”. “I love the foundation. I use it every day,” said the businesswoman.
The mother of Maria Alice and Maria Flor commented on the controversy in which she was involved: “Then someone says they didn’t like it and turns everything around because of a comment”, she said, referring to criticism of the product made by Karen Bachini in review video. Singer Zé Felipe also accused the influencer of “taking advantage of a situation to grow”.
Karen hit back at the criticism, arguing that it’s her job to review and compare beauty products: “I’m a professional makeup artist and I’ve been reviewing beauty products for over 16 years. If you put it to the point of your pencil, I’ve tested and reviewed hundreds of different brands, thousands of domestic and imported products. I will continue doing this. It’s my job”.
The influencer also said that she has no problems against Virginia and that criticism of a product should not be conveyed to those who developed it.
