Since leaving the career more than 20 years ago, actress Bridget Fonda, 59, has rarely appeared in public. Last weekend, the granddaughter of actor Henry Fonda, daughter of actor Peter Fonda and niece of the actress was spotted in the parking lot of an airport in Los Angeles, United States, and said she has no intention of returning to Hollywood stardom. She revealed that she prefers to live a “civilian life”.

Fonda spoke briefly with a paparazzi at the service of the British daily Daily Mail and ruled out the possibility of resuming her career. “No. Difficult,” said the actress, dressed in a gray and white striped sweater and dark pants. The professional insisted and even mentioned some films that she acted as “The Godfather-Part III” (1990), “Single Life” (1992) and “Jackie Brown” (1997). “I don’t think so because it’s really nice to have a civilian life.”

She ended up ending the conversation quickly after being also asked if there was a director who could change her mind. “No”. Her last known role was in the 2002 television movie called “Snow Queen”.

Fonda has been married since 2003 to musician and songwriter Danny Elfman. He is famous for his partnerships with successful directors such as Tim Burton, Sam Raimi and Gus Van Sant. Among the feature films with her soundtracks are productions such as “Edward Scissorhands” (1990), “Good Will Hunting” (1997) and “Spider-Man” (2002).
