Igor Rickli, husband of Aline Wirley, confined at BBB 23, filed a complaint at the Police Station for the Repression of Computer Crimes this Tuesday afternoon (19). The actor was representing his son Antônio, 8, to report threats made on social networks.
According to Rickli’s advisory, an Occurrence Record was made for crimes of threat and, with that, an investigation was launched. The objective is to determine the authorship of the crimes.
“The delegate will ask the Judiciary to access the account data registered on the platform linked to the profile, so that it is possible to identify the person responsible for the criminal posts. Twitter will also be notified to provide account data. The delegate may also request deletion of the account from the platform,” said the statement sent to F5.
The advisory also says that the artist will not accept threats and offenses in relation to his family and, whenever necessary, he will seek Justice to defend it.
Civil Police of Rio de Janeiro confirmed to F5 that the case was registered at the Police Station for the Repression of Computer Crimes (DRCI). “The expert will request the breach of judicial secrecy to identify the author of the crime”.
